此論壇由芬蘭商務辦事處、丹麥商務辦事處和瑞典貿易暨投資委員會台北辦事處共同發起，與台灣高科技廠房設施協會攜手合作，旨在搭建北歐國家與臺灣之間於高科技廠房設施的交流合作平台。
在全球半導體產業高速發展與供應鏈布局持續深化的背景下，低碳轉型與智慧製造已成為各國廠房設施設計與營運的重要方向。北歐國家長期在綠色能源、循環經濟、永續基礎建設以及先進自動化技術領域處於世界領先地位，並以創新設計、環境責任與高效率管理著稱。這些優勢與臺灣在高科技製造及半導體生產的世界領導地位相互呼應，為雙方合作開啟更廣闊的可能。
本論壇以「智慧與低碳永續的高科技廠房創新解決方案」為主軸，聚焦能源效率提升與減碳實踐、廢水處理與環境永續策略、潔淨空氣與氣體/製程監測技術、先進設施安全防護，以及智慧製造與自動化管理等重要議題。活動將邀集來自北歐及臺灣的業界專家與技術先驅，分享最新的創新技術、成功案例與產業洞察，促進北歐與台灣雙方在技術應用、商務合作及永續發展上的深度交流。研討會之後將舉行B2B媒合會，期推動台灣與北歐在高科技廠房綠色創新的密切合作。
This Forum is jointly initiated by Finland Trade Center, the Trade Council of Denmark, and the Swedish Trade and Invest Council, in collaboration with the Taiwan High-Tech Facility Association. It aims to establish a platform for professional exchange and cooperation between Nordic countries and Taiwan to explore cutting-edge solutions for high-tech facilities.
With the semiconductor industry accelerating toward low-carbon transformation and smart manufacturing, the Nordic countries, globally recognized for their leading position in green energy, circular economy, sustainable infrastructure, and advanced automation technologies, are renowned for innovative design, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence.
